By submitting a service request or booking an appointment with Beyond Heating & Cooling, you agree to the following terms.

Services

Beyond Heating & Cooling provides residential HVAC installation, repair, and maintenance services in Central Oregon. Submitting a request through our website does not constitute a confirmed appointment or contract. We will contact you to confirm scheduling and scope of work.

Estimates and Pricing

Estimates provided by phone or in person are based on the information available at the time. Final pricing may vary based on the actual condition of your system, parts required, or scope of work discovered on-site. We will communicate any changes before proceeding.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We ask that you provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

Limitation of Liability

Beyond Heating & Cooling is not liable for pre-existing conditions, damage caused by deferred maintenance, or issues unrelated to the services performed. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon.
